Wildlove Yoga is a home from home. A community mothered and born by Victoria Waits. Spaces & classes that hold an energy that allow you to show up exactly as you are. Be held by spirited intuitive teaching that offers versatility and speaks to you in a way that is personal to you as an individual, all the while holding a room collectively, come and be reminded that you are beautifully human.

Hey Wildling!


Im Victoria, I'm so glad you're here! I hope that your little spark of curiosity towards self care & movement practices can be fulfilled here. I'm here to offer my support, love & guidance into helping you create a healthier relationship with your body & mind. I have been practicing Yoga for over 13 years and teaching for 10, it has always been a strong foundation in my life that has allowed me to create the most beautiful lifestyle & business supporting others with the very modalities that have healed me deeply. I share many different styles of yoga & strong physical classes interweaved with philosophies inspired by yoga, eastern modalities & good old 'human nature', enabling you to connect to yourself in a way that is true & authentic. This helps us find more acceptance in life, it helps us to connect to the great balance of emotions & stress. You will learn that through movement & knowledge you can help to rewire and retrain your body and mind, it's a beautiful journey that not only helps us calm the mind and build a strong and flexible body but helps us grow as a person. I hope that I can help you reconnect to yourself in a way you never thought possible.

A guided relaxation session with full sound bath experience.

Daily in Studio Classes

Victoria runs daily classes from Monday to Friday at the Wyre Forest Leisure Centre, Silverwoods Way (Worcestershire). Each class is suitable for all levels with varying layers of intensity making each classes accessible to all.

Classes are open to non members as well as members of the centre, bookings can be made through the centres website, app or by phone.

Mats and equipment are provided though it is encouraged to bring your own if you have them.

Gentle Yoga 1.15-2.15pm 

ONLINE Seasonal Yoga - Spring 7.00-8.00pm



Pilates Intermediate 1.30-2.30pm

Gentle Yoga 2.45-3.45pm



Flow Yoga 8.15-9.15pm



Power Pilates 8.00-9.00pm



Gentle Yoga 11.30-12.30pm
