About the event
You are invited to join Victoria for a morning of meditation. This is the perfect workshop for those wanting to learn meditation, what it does, what it's all about and how to practice it. You will be guided through simple and effective techniques which you can use daily. To keep your mind in check, to create a calmer mind. Meditation helps us to find more space within our lives, we are not learning to empty the mind (it's impossible!) we are learning to watch the mind, where it wanders off to, what we are thinking, creating and reliving. Lets learn to create a calmer mind, and in turn a calmer body. Let's ease anxiety, stress, tension and overwhelm.

You do not need any experience for this workshop, Id love to invite participants to ask questions and inquire about anything they would like to know about meditation. We can practice either seated on the floor or in a chair, meditation postures will also be discussed.
