Why does my page keeps refreshing when I try and checkout?


When checking out you will need to select the date on the calendar for the session you wish to book. This might be an issue with the web browser, try opening the website in a new browser from Google.




When will I receive the online class access link?


Your session link is within your booking confirmation email. It says 'Start video conference' this will take you straight to the ZOOM APP and the waiting room. If you have not recieved your booking confirmation email within 30 minutes, please email directly at wildloveyoga@gmail.com




Why haven't I received my session link?


All email confirmations and details are sent to the email you book with. When checking out please make sure that your email address is spelt correctly and accessible. If you want class confirmations sent to a different email address please get in touch with the correct email address and your details will be amended and saved for future correspondence. Please check your JUNK FOLDER in your mail box. If you haven't received your link within 30 MINUTES after booking, please get in touch via EMAIL.




Can other people see me in the online session?


Other participants will be able to see you within the session if you turn your camera ON. Once you log into the session you will have a pop up asking for access for the camera and audio. You also have the option to only see Victoria on the screen, so only she will see you as well as other participants.




​Why can I see other participants on my screen in the online classes?


You will be able to see everyone else taking part in the class with and without their cameras on, this is the same view for the teacher which allows them to see the class! To only have the TEACHER on your screen, either scroll (on your phone) or double click and select PIN SPEAKER (on laptop). This will then allow you to have a single screen of Victoria as she guides the session.




The Zoom session keeps freezing and has no sound.


Sometimes we experience technical difficulties from the HOSTS side, this can be an error with the sound and the screen freezing. Please be patient, this can just be a simple restart and reload. You will receive an email after 15 minutes if the session WONT RUN because from technical issues its not possible. Sit tight and keep logging into the session and you will be readmitted into the waiting room. Please ensure your ZOOM APP is up to date, version 5.0.




What do I need to bring to the studio classes?


For your practice within the studio environment please bring your own yoga mat, if you have blocks and straps you're welcome to bring those along to. Please be mindful with the current Covid-19 situation to bring minimal items into the studio. Lockers are open within the corridor space.




What do I wear to class?


Wear something that is suitable for freedom of movement and breathable. Some classes can get a little warm! Layers to put on, layers to take off. Leggings, shorts or jogging bottoms. A simple tshirt and blanket for relaxation as the practice closes. The great thing about online classes are you can practice in your pjamas! If you're having a super chilled practice in your pants please keep your camera off :D




I havent done online yoga before what do I do?


Online yoga is something many of us havent been used to before, maybe you have followed a youtube video but the difference is these classes are streamed live! Its super easy, all you need to do is download the ZOOM app, or log in on the website. Once you book your class a zoom link will be in the confirmation email, click the link and it will take you to the waiting room for the session. All participants will be 'let in' to the class by Victoria at the session starting time. Once in the session Victoria will guide you through any settings to make the experience as smooth as possible.




Why wont my coupon code work?


Your coupon code is case sensitive, please ensure its spelt correctly and press the little brown arrow icon next to it so it activates! It will then turn green and deduct the price of the class and move you straight to the confirmation screen!




How many sessions do I have left on my class package.


If you ordered a x10/20 class package and you're unsure of how many you have used please feel free to get in touch directly as Victoria will be able to let you know!
