Day 10✨ Diamond Pose - Vajrasana
Starting from a table top posture gently guide the feet together and sit back towards the heels. If you find the hips, lower back and thighs are tight you can elevate the pelvis onto a block, pillows or a bolster, once you find you can comfortably why not enjoy meditation here, this is a great posture to sit in after eating too! Please be mindful of the knees and ankles, they are delicate and we don't want to compromise them before the hips and thighs are open.
Benefits: Stretches the thighs, knees and ankles. Improves digestions and relieves gas, a great posture to sit in after eating.
