Day 24 - Guided body scan meditation.
As we come to the end of our 24 days together I wanted to share a little something to help you unwind! You can also enjoy listening in one of your favourite poses, Savasana!
Grab your cushions, blankets and lets rest.
Find a comfortable posture lying down or seated and just press play. One of the most important things we can explore within our yoga practice is creating time to rest. Sometimes this might mean we take a walk, we listen to some relaxing music, it might be playing an instrument, taking a bath, soon the self care list becomes endless! Implementing rest and mindfulness helps us to create a balanced life, it helps the body and mind find moments of down time, to process and to heal.
I hope this short guided meditation helps you to find a moment of calm within your day and maybe, if you listen to it each day it becomes a part of your self care routine in which you can rest more often.
