If you are planning to attend the studio classes at the Wyre Forest Leisure Centre please call on 01562 515151 to double check class is covered/running. It is not my responsibility to find cover for classes so its out of my hands while I take time off.

A deeply restful practice to help you relax the body and mind. Enjoy a slow and gentle yoga practice with mobility, slow stretches and supported postures. Be guided through breathing techniques that will bring calm and clarity to the mind. A perfect opportunity to rest and relax after this half term! Candles, fairy lights, flowers and live gentle soothing sounds from singing bowls as you are guided into a full body relaxation meditation.
SATURDAY 23rd APRIL 7.30-9.00pm
Bring your yoga mat, warm blankets and pillows, comfortable clothes, socks, hats, sleeping bags. Everything that can offer warmth and a sense of cocooning. This is a time to rest deeply and be guided into the realms of sleep.
