Heart Chakra & Valentines Workshops

Nothing like forward planning is there! I love getting adventures, self care time and get togethers in the diary. Its within those moments where we can fill ourselves up with things we love to do!

My next workshops are on the horizon:

Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th February 2022.

An opportunity for you to connect to the heart space, whether this is for yourself or shared with a loved one, this can be a friend, partner or family member!

Im sharing a glorious Heart chakra yoga & sound bath workshop on Saturday and a fun partner yoga and massage workshop on Sunday, please find all the details below!

Enjoy an uplifting yoga practice opening the heart, chest, shoulders and arms. Move through a deep and nourishing yoga practice opening, activating and balancing the Heart Chakra. Explore the philosophy behind this energy centre, the physical and emotion traits and embrace a full yoga sequence to embrace self love, compassion and lightness. The Anahata chakra is associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It is the source of deep and profound truths that cannot be expressed in words. Anahata is a bridge between the lower and upper chakras integrating the manifest with the spiritual.

Enjoy 1.5 hours of gentle flowing/yin yoga to inspire the heart, working through the areas that surround the heart, releasing deep tension in the shoulders, the ribcage, chest and upper back. We allow our breath and energy to travel and cushion the heart centre. Use your breath to explore the bodies fluidity and mobility, learn to connect back to yourself, body and mind. A guided relaxation will allow your body to rest and be open to the journey of sound.

This beautiful sound bath collaboration allows you to connect your senses, The sounds of gong, drum, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and seed sounds guide your body through a journey. Feel the layers of physical and emotional tension and dis-ease melt away. Allow your body to unravel and let go.

P R E P A R E .

Please wear comfortable clothing which allows freedom of movement, layers to take off when warmed up and layers to put back on for the sound bath. (The bodies temperature drops significantly). Pillows and thick blankets are encouraged for the most amazing cocooned experience. Bring a bottle of water and anything you desire to be completely at ease. Open to all levels of yoga practitioner, ages 16+ and abilities.*

The perfect Valentines gift to each other!! If you love yoga and would like to share it with your partner, this is the perfect opportunity, if you haven't tried yoga and would love to enjoy some time together this is your chance! Come and enjoy a 3 hour workshop for couples and partnered friends. We play with partner yoga postures which are SO MUCH FUN!

A workshop that is hosted by Victoria & her partner Will who have both practiced yoga and meditation for many years. We love to do many thing together and sharing yoga is one of them, you will be guided through a sequence of yoga postures using each other as a support, learning to use touch and body weight you will love the assisted stretches! After partner yoga we will teach you Ayurvedic massage techniques to massage the neck, shoulders and head.

Within the massage you will be shown each technique in detail, allowing you to ask questions and understand the areas you will be releasing and massaging.

Fully guided and supervised by therapists Victoria & Will through each stage, you will soon begin to find your flow as you move through different areas of the body. A great opportunity to build confidence in touch and interaction, a perfect time to enjoy time with each other, learn to connect in new ways.
