New - Monthly Relaxation & Sound Healing Sessions

Hello lovely ones,


Im excited to share that from next month you can now join me for another gorgeous dreamy relaxation practice. As the sound bath sessions have been so popular and have been selling out a month in advanced Ive pondered about adding an extra session straight after. As everything is set up beautifully and the space is available you can now join me on a Saturday & Sunday evening for a Relaxation & Sound bath session in the forest space too!


You are invited to join me for a deep immersion into rest & relaxation. This monthly session is designed to be the perfect practice to unwind a stressful week, rest a busy mind and soothe aches & tension within the body. As we are still in Winter we are enjoying practices of Yin and Restorative yoga, embracing the slow, restful state to let the body still embrace the feelings of hibernation the season brings.


This is a session with a physical Yin yoga practice (think lazy, slow, heavy and relaxing) & deep guided relaxation sound bath. A combined practice like no other, all set within the indoor space with the gorgeous forest as its backdrop. Enjoy a Yin yoga practice accompanied by live singing bowls that are played while you let the body rest within each posture.


Enjoy using cushions, blankets and pillows to support the body in restful poses. Let the body move through gentle mobility and postures to ease tension. Calm the mind with a final guided relaxation, time to integrate stillness & sleepy sound bath at the end of the session. (no gong)

Yin yoga is suitable for absolutely everyone, beginners to advanced, it is not a flow practice, more so a practice where we drape the body onto cushions, get ourselves cosy and give the body permission to do what it needs/wants to. Yin yoga is perfect for colder months, those who need to slow down, those who yearn for rest and need to find space in the body but don't know how.


Postures are all floor based, layered for accessibility to each individuals needs. Each month will have varying themes, seasonal tokens, philosophies from yoga & TCM. A beautiful wholesome practice to keep you connected through the changing seasons. It will be lovely to have you. Limited spaces for dreamy personal practice. V x
