Sunday self care really does take president in my week. Being away has given me chance to reflect and gain deeper clarity. Does anyone else notice that walking for miles and miles without distraction really clears the body and mind? I absolutely love it. Walking meditation every single day brings us into the present moment and more importantly it tunes us back into the earth. Nature; where nothing can judge us, there is no attachment, no expectation, you can talk freely, you can be yourself and feel held at the same time. Today we have been in the sunshine all day, walking the fields and lake dipping to find amazing creatures. The children’s energy always teaches me about myself to, how I observe and my behaviour reflects into them. Allow yourself to have freedom and playfulness today and always, it’s what life is all about.
