Self Care Sunday, with the energy of the New Moon, lucky us!! If you're feeling a little out of sorts this past week its okay. Take this Sunday to rest and settle into yourself, Self Care really does make all the difference.
+ Take time to be in nature, have you tried gardening now the weather is a little nicer?
+ Sit with your face and heart to the sun.
+ Drink more water, drink less caffeine.
+ Write down how you're feeling, whatever it may be.
+ Get an early night.
