+ A reminder to slow down today.

+ Drink warm lemon water upon waking, 30 minutes before food.

+ Cold shower (10 seconds!)

+ Donate clothing to Ukraine support.

+ Remind yourself of 5 things you are grateful for.

+ Stop and listen to the birds.

+ Settle for bed with a book and not your phone!

I'll also be teaching a mindful practice 10.30-11.30am at the studio!
