We are only a month away from my gorgeous retreat shared at Hogarths Stone Manor, this is the only retreat ill be sharing this year and you'll be able to enjoy all of my offerings over the weekend! If you have loved attending workshops over the past few years with me here you can enjoy a variety of practices accompanied by gorgeous meals, stunning accomodation and the beautiful luxury venue of Stone Manor. Day Two

8.00am- 9.00am | Power Yoga

9.15am – 10.00am | Breakfast

10.00am – 12.15 | Free Time

12.15pm – 13.15pm | Pilates

13.15pm – 14.00pm | Lunch

14.15pm – 15.45pm | Meditation and Mindfulness

15.45pm – 17.30pm | Free Time

17.30pm – 18.00pm | Aromatherapy Talk from The Loft at Hogarths

18.15 – 19.15pm | Dinner

Day Three

Each class is optional and attendees can pick and choose what they want to attend.
