This Weeks Classes.



A beautiful week is ahead of us, Im feeling refreshed after a weekend off and my birthday was wonderful, I spent it indulging in gorgeous food with wonderful company. Myself and Will, and Sunday was spent with yet more gorgeous food and my wonderful friends!! Im so thankful to share this time with them and celebrate with those I love.


It's going to be a lovely week exploring lots of new sequences, shapes and intentions, it will be lovely to see you on the mat if you can make it.

We share yet another week connecting to the principle Yama Ahimsa, I interweave it within our practice that is easy to digest, that help you understand that yoga is something we can all live, we can connect to our bodies physically but also enjoy techniques to learn more about our mind!
