Tonight Yin & Yoga Nidra

Tonight I am sharing a 45 minute relaxation yoga practice, Yin yoga & guided Yoga Nidra, it would be lovely to guide you into a sleep state and help you unwind after this half term week. I don't know about you but I need it!
As we are online you can wear your cosy clothes, rest in your own space, use pillows, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Its going to be wonderful! x
