Gosh 60 now and loving life, so I have to use a wheelchair and not as thin as I was but I’m alive and thats a plus, as life’s for living. I have loved Yoga for many years and online yoga is my go to, as it lets me still join in and be part a group. “It’s okay, everything is okay, I’m okay” 💗
