Service Description

Within this self care workshop we embody the season of quiet reflection, shedding our leaves and old patterns, softening into ourselves. Autumn is my favourite season, the air is fresh and cold with sunshine glistening off the dewy grass. The world is preparing for a new cycle. Self care is something within our lives that often gets put to the bottom of the priority pile. We find we get stressed more easily, we get triggered by the tiniest things, our patience becomes less and we then find ourselves in a vicious cycle of fatigue and overwhelm. The self care workshops are beautiful gatherings, a time to nurture and nourish your needs. Where you can take a little time for yourself to move your body, enjoy self massage and self care tips to keep you feeling at home with yourself. Self care is a time of filling your cup, honouring your needs and learning to slow down. SATURDAY 8th OCT 11.00am - 1.00pm £20 per person. (NHS Discount does not apply) The Oaks Community Hall, Harvington, Kidderminster. Within this workshop you will: + Enjoy a guided meditation inspired by the quietness of Autumn. + Be guided through a slow & nourishing yoga practice that will help you shed old layers and habits. Feel lighter within yourself, rest and digest, settle and honour change. Enjoy the use of bolsters and blocks to support your body (props are provided). + Slowing down at the end of practice you will be guided through a lovely Guasha (facial massage) ritual. + Take away a self care gift box with goodies from neals yard, lush, your own jade guasha, inspirational card and autumn cleansed crystal. + The workshop closes with a soothing crystal singing bowl relaxation. All workshops are open to everyone*, beginners too advanced, honouring your body and abilities. Each posture is adapted and modified into layers, making the practice suitable for absolutely anyone. (*ages 16+). Bring a yoga mat. (I can provide one, just let me know!) A blanket and pillow. Comfortable warm clothes. Thick cosy socks. Cancellation Policy

ONLINE CLASSES - To cancel or reschedule an online class please log into your account and follow the instructions. There is no charge to reschedule a class, please ensure this is done as soon as possible. If you CANCEL or DO NOT attend the class you will not receive a refund for the session booked. If the class is cancelled our side your booking will be rolled over to any other class. IN PERSON WORKSHOPS - If you have to cancel and cant make it please get in touch as soon as possible there will be flexibility with your booking. If you do not get in touch or turn up you will not be refunded. If the workshop is cancelled our side you will be offered to transfer your booking to any other workshop, or receive a refund.
