Service Description

You are invited to join Victoria for a morning of meditation. This is the perfect workshop for those wanting to learn meditation, what it does, what it's all about and how to practice it. You will be guided through simple and effective techniques which you can use daily. To keep your mind in check, to create a calmer mind. Meditation helps us to find more space within our lives, we are not learning to empty the mind (it's impossible!) we are learning to watch the mind, where it wanders off to, what we are thinking, creating and reliving. Lets learn to create a calmer mind, and in turn a calmer body. Let's ease anxiety, stress, tension and overwhelm. Saturday 20th April 11.00am-1.00pm £22.22 per person The Oaks Community Hall, Harvington Kidderminster You do not need any experience for this workshop, Id love to invite participants to ask questions and inquire about anything they would like to know about meditation. We can practice either seated on the floor or in a chair, meditation postures will also be discussed. Please bring: Yoga mat Cushion Note book & pen Blanket

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session starts. Wildlove has a no refund policy, unless Wildlove cancels the event. Your booking can be rescheduled once, to another event free of charge. No shows will still be charged, rescheduling after the event is not applicable. No photo policy - This is something sacred to Victoria's offerings, she will never photograph a session while teaching or its participants. If you attend you are welcome to take photos of the set up/alter/soundscape your personal group or selfies. Please refrain from photographing others, this honours and respects the personal energy and protects their vulnerability while attending.
