Service Description
Mindful mornings are the perfect chance to rebalance and find a little piece of calm within your weekend. This is the perfect opportunity to reconnect back to your body and mind while immersing yourself in the stunning views of the Wyre forest during your practice. The session is a small group session and offers a nourishing seamless practice with slow gentle flow yoga, breathing & mindfulness techniques and a gorgeous extended guided relaxation. This is a wholesome practice that can aid mobility, release aches and pains, improve range of movement & flexibility. Calm a busy mind and will help us become more present in modern life. Bring a flask of tea, let's move, have a natter and enjoy spending time with lovely like minded people. MONTHLY SATURDAYS - 11.00-12.30pm £20 per person +£2.22 booking fee Wyre Forest Visitors Centre, Callow Hill, Bewdley. + Be soothed by nature and admire the changing seasons at the Wyre Forest Discovery Centre. + Enjoy seasonal themes to soothe your body and mind. + Open to all levels ages 16+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome, modifications and optional adaptations are gently given within the session. + Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions (bolster & blocks if you have them) and wear comfortable warm clothing. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations - Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session starts. Wildlove has a no refund policy, unless Wildlove cancels the event. Your booking can be rescheduled once, to another event free of charge. No shows will still be charged, rescheduling after the event is not applicable.
