Personal Sound Bath - Group Session

Service Description

Enjoy an immersion sound bath session for your private event. This is a beautiful sound bath experience that offers deep healing, rest and relaxation. Allow your group to be guided through the layers of relaxation with guided meditation, gentle breathing and a full sound bath journey with crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes and many more instruments. This is such a lovely session for those who want to rest, need to de stress, want to create a little more space in life, feel the need for self care. Benefits of this practice are: + A calmer and clearer mind. + Decreased stress levels. + Increased mobility & flexibility. + Improved posture. + Reduced stress & anxiety. + Increased lung capacity & circulation. + Improved cognition and body awareness. + Aids deep sleep. This is for a small group of up to 15 participants for an hours session. Venue hire is separate as I can come to you and your location. If you would like me to find venue or recommendations this can be arranged at an extra cost. Travel expenses apply 5 miles beyond Kidderminster 50p per mile. Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel please do so 48hrs prior to the session starting. This allows ample time for others to book the session. If you do not attend you will not be refunded. Classes & workshops are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled our side you will be offered to transfer your booking to any other workshop, or receive a refund.
