Victoria Waits

Victoria is the host of the Retreat, she's there to ground those that attend, to hold space and to make sure the retreat runs smoothly! She creates a beautiful environment that inspires you to be as you are. Victoria is well know for wild yoga which she will be sharing at the retreat you can also enjoy personal time with her for one to one sessions for health and wellbeing guidance and how to delve deeper into your yoga journey.

Shasha Crow

Shasha is a senior Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. Her classes and workshops incorporate energy work, elemental flows and Divine Feminine wisdom. As a medium she works with intuition and facilitates freedom and connection through her teaching. Meditation, Tarot/Oracle and Tea Ceremony are amongst her additional tools of choice in bringing the magic to her Yoga Rituals. You will arrive curious and depart enchanted and enriched

Marie Burrows

Marie loves to dance with the cycles & seasons of life, and believes in the power of both movement and stillness. Weaving in inspiration from nearly a decade of practice, worldwide learning, traveling and teaching into her offerings she teaches with kindness and a sense of humour.  Marie believes that Yin yoga is an incredibly powerful tool for self regulation and transformation, and her signature online offering Seasonal Rest is a Yin course which moves with the seasons.

Rebecca Broomfield

Rebecca is a qualified 200hr Kundalini Tantra yoga teacher, Hatha & restorative yoga teacher. She also holds a qualification in Children’s yoga with many years of experience working with adults, children and families as part of a healthcare profession. Rebecca has an extensive background and qualifications in dance and movement and following many years of training and experience with anatomy she can offer many solutions and modifications to support individual bodies. She will often incorporate somatic movement into her sessions to increase participants ability to take their attention inwards, into their internal sensing body offering an opportunity to develop more body awareness and deeper connection with the self. Rebecca is also a dedicated elemental and priestess of the stars. Following a path of goddess bringing the energies of earth and the Stella stars together to be the bridge between the above and the below. She will share the medicine needed to embody the energy of inward and outer cycles and she has a passion to learn and to support others to find their own
inner magic.

Ruth Murray

My yoga teaching journey started with attending classes with Victoria and from there the rest is history! I am a qualified Physiotherapist but felt that solely working in this role didn’t provide me with enough tools to aid emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I then started to explore my own yoga practice further and decided I wanted to teach. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Core Revolution Training, and qualified in Core Strength Vinyasa yoga (CSV). CSV yoga principles are based around the physical deep core line and activating core muscles for stability and strength. It is also focused around activating our inner strength -physically as well as emotionally. I love combining my understanding of the human body and anatomy with teaching this fluid, free style of yoga. I teach face to face classes locally in Kidderminster and have online classes with students from all over the country! I am also qualified in Pregnancy Yoga, Restorative Yoga and meditation, and Yin yoga. I also enjoy learning and sharing face yoga techniques too. Come and join me for classes as we enjoy this wonderful retreat together!

Laura Gauntlett

Laura is curious about life, her own and other peoples. She loves adventure, being outdoors with her dog Bella, traveling, exploring and understanding other cultures. She is passionate about learning and enjoys sharing what she has learnt with others through her teaching as a yoga teacher.inner magic. I believe that life is for living and loving; love the life you live. I have a passion for self-
knowledge, personal growth and movement. Through deepening our own self-awareness we hold the key to unlock the life we want, the life we desire, the life we deserve. My passion for understanding the human body and mind began a long time ago in childhood and has evolved and grown through my life, every experience has led me to this point. From my time working for a leading psychometric provider coaching leaders and teams to build trust, communicate and create a culture that people wanted to not just be in but grow in, I found a new passion for understanding behaviour and emotions; this led me to train as a professional psychological coach. I have had a dream to be a yoga teacher since my late teens and last year I made that dream come true and what an experience that was. It was one of the most
powerful journeys I have been on so far and I learnt so much about myself, who I am, who I want to be and what I want to let go of. This journey combined with my yoga teacher training, showed me the huge crossover between
this ancient practice and modern psychology.

Sarah Rumble

Sarah Rumble is the face, personality and spirit behind Blossom Wellbeing. A creative, educator, Yoga teacher and women’s wellness coach. She draws her inspiration from nature, infusing her classes with deep listening to our own innate nature and wisdom. Within her classes she invites you to practice in a way that feels appropriate for your body, mind and energy levels. Empowering you to feel and listen into your body with no hard and fast rules on how you should look on your mat or in your life. Releasing expectations to give you permission to open up to the flow and rhythms of life unfolding. Sarah brings a light-hearted approach, where you can cultivate a sense of curiosity and wholehearted patients towards yourselves.
