Autumn Outdoor Solstice Sound Bath

Celebrate the Autumn solstice with Victoria under the blue skies and tree canopy of Arley Arboretum. This is a very special one off outdoor session bringing together nature and sound, come and unwind with the bird song and the elements of nature with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and guided meditation. Here, you can fully embrace a restful practice, lying down to soak in the natural surroundings while being guided into a profound state of relaxation. Feel the body relax and enjoy creating space within life, sound baths not only reduce stress but can aid in deep sleep and mental clarity.

The session will be held within a suitable spot under the canopy of the arboretums trees and foliage.
