Myofascial Release Upper Body
Come and sit with me for a 20 minute practice, releasing the hands, arms and upper body. Perfect for those working at a desk, perfect if you need a quick pick me up, perfect if those shoulders are always a little achey. Myofascial release helps us to broaden and manipulate our connective tissues. These tissues can hold onto tension creating limited range of movement, aches and pains and stagnation within the body. Learning to release this spider web like fabric aids in fluidity within the body and you may just feel a difference within practicing it a few times.
