Ayurvedic Back Massage for Couples

Join Victoria and Will for a heart-centered evening dedicated to the healing power of touch. This immersive workshop invites you and a partner to step into a closed container of trust, where the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic back massage takes center stage. In this workshop you will move beyond a simple physical treatment to master a rhythmic, nervous system calming ritual. Under guidance from both Victoria & Will (both Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapists) you and your guest will both deliver and receive a specialized massage designed to release deep-seated tension, aid spinal mobility, and soothe the soul.

The experience begins with a few supportive partner poses, back to back postures connecting with the breath. Learning to lean and build trust, then slowly moving to releasing shoulders and communication about technique and feedback. Allowing us to give and receive with clear intentions from the heart.
