Christmas Sound Bath - Hartlebury Castle

As we move towards the end of the year I'll be sharing two special sound bath sessions at Hartlebury castle! This will be the third year sharing in this beautiful historical building and I love the energy of the space and cannot wait to return! We will be settled within the main hall, with a small wait in the with high ceilings, fairy lights, candles and christmas spirit.

During this session you will be guided to rest, wrapped in your cosy layers, releasing the tight grip of tension and stress. Come and pause life for a while as we step away from the busy pace around the Christmas period. Settle into relaxation with a guided meditation, mindful breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, lie down to immerse yourself in a dreamy soundscape where your body fully relaxes and your mind finds peace.
