About the event
This is an intimate forest bathing and sound session within the depths of the forest.
Lie down on the forest floor wrapped in your blankets and enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes with a guided forest bathing meditation, watch the trees canopy sway above you, listen to the birds, rest the body and mind while the sun slowly sets.
Enjoy a small walk with the group to a secret spot, wear suitable clothing and make sure you have something to lie on! After the session has ended you're welcome to stay and walk the forest, drink a cuppa with the group, ill also bring some homemade treats too.

7.00-8.00pm
Please arrive at 6.30pm, we will walk to the spot together as a group, late comers will not be waited for.
