Relaxation Sound Bath

You are invited to join Victoria on a Friday evening, wind down and release tension and stress from the week. Capturing the qualities of Autumn we begin to find a softer and slower quality to nature. This practice welcomes in deep rest and moments where we can give ourselves permission to be quiet.

This is a gentle sound journey that helps soothe physical and emotional tension. Gently releasing the grip of stress and anxiety, these sessions will help you to find more clarity, space and quality of rest and sleep.

At the beginning you will be guided through a meditation to bring you energetically home to the body and mind, you will then rest to the soundscape of Crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain stick. This is a session WITHOUT gong.
