Studio Sound Bath

The studio sessions at Wyre Forest Leisure Centre are designed as a "home from home", a portal to deep healing and nervous system rebalancing that allows you to pause the noise of modern life and unplug from external distractions. This is a dedicated sound bath experience, inviting you into a deeper state of consciousness where you can show up exactly as you are.

You are invited to lie back or sit comfortably, wrapped in the cozy embrace of your own blankets and cushions. We begin with a poetic, seasonal guided meditation to help the mind unravel from its busy state, giving your body gentle permission to soften, settle, and switch on to your inner world.
