Service Description

This practice is a beautiful session working with tools & techniques inspired by the seasons, emotions, chakra system, eastern philosophies. Ease a busy mind amongst modern life and learn to move your body in a way that suits your needs. Enjoy a combination practice of slow flow yoga and yin yoga for the season of spring! Throughout the year this class will adapt and evolve through the seasons, accommodating our ever changing body & state of mind. As we feel nature's seasons change as the year goes by your body does the same. Enjoy a yoga practice that supports that, that offers variety and is always tailored to suit each participants needs. Yoga is a beautiful practice to help us come to terms with acceptance, patience, the ego and also teaches us to trust the process. Come and share space that is kind, nurturing, playful & open. ONLINE VIA ZOOM 7.00-8.00pm £8.50 per person £15 per household (For multiple persons please select household option). Yoga mat, cushions, blanket, yoga blocks or bolsters. This is a practice where you use props. + A practice tailored to suit the time of year. + Enjoy a practice working with the muscles, joints and connective tissues. + Yang yoga helps us find flow, explore movement to movement, pose to pose. + Yin yoga for stillness and peace. Deep passive stretches for the whole body. + Increase flexibility & improve range of movement. + Rebalance the nervous system. + Guided relaxation for restful sleep. Our bodies hold tension, physically & emotionally. From the body holding its posture from day to day, injuries, imbalance, muscle weakness/tightness and habitual patterns we can feel achy, tired and sometime clunky in our bodies. After this practice you will feel open, soft, jelly like with a warm heart & calmer mind. As you learn to release the physical body the mind relaxes too. V x

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session starts. Wildlove has a no refund policy, unless Wildlove cancels the event. Your booking can be rescheduled once, to another event free of charge. No shows will still be charged, rescheduling after the event is not applicable. No photo policy - This is something sacred to Victoria's offerings, she will never photograph a session while teaching or its participants. If you attend you are welcome to take photos of the set up/alter/soundscape your personal group or selfies. Please refrain from photographing others, this honours and respects the personal energy and protects their vulnerability while attending.
