Starting this Friday are my new adult yoga classes at Arley Arboretum! I wanted to add more yoga classes in nature this year and having this opportunity for a wonderful morning session in the grounds under the trees I had to make it happen! These sessions are for adults only, fall bi-weekly (after I have done the school run!) and will be running until September. FAMILY YOGA I will not be sharing family outdoor classes this year, with Gus now 10 years old, my schedule with him through school...
