Outdoor Sound Baths 🌿
Celebrate the summer with me under the blue skies & lush green canopy of Arley Arboretum. These are very special outdoor sound bath sessions bringing together the peak of the sun’s energy and sound. Come & unwind with the birdsong & the vibrant elements of nature with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls, gong, chimes & guided meditation.
Here, you can fully embrace a restful practice, lying down to soak in the surroundings while being guided into a profound state of relaxation. Feel the body relax & enjoy creating space within your life.
Dates available:
Sunday 7th June 11.00-12.30pm (This is the RESCHEDULED DATE 28TH JUNE)
Sunday 26th July 2.00-3.30pm
Sunday 23rd August 6.00-7.30pm
Sunday 20th Sept 2.00-3.30pm
All events are shared at Arley Arboretum, Worcestershire
£25 per person - A percentage of profits support Arley Arboretum.
(Late night additional cafe opening times TBC)
I’d love our sessions be relaxed opening & closing so you are welcome to arrive anytime before the session begins to enjoy the Arboretum. The delivery of the session will be in times stated (please do not arrive after these times due to the journey of the practice & disturbance of others).
The session will be held within a suitable spot under the canopy of the arboretum’s trees & summer foliage so bring a mat, your fave comfort items & let’s connect!
