I am so excited to be sharing my Self Care Sunday sessions within their new home at The Fold this year! Launching on Sunday 25th January I'll be opening these wonderful sessions with my Winter Pause practice. With so many opportunities to share my offerings, weaving things together has been a beautiful chance to create a unique workshop.
