I am so excited to be sharing my Self Care Sunday sessions within their new home at The Fold this year! Launching on Sunday 25th January I'll be opening these wonderful sessions with my Winter Pause practice. With so many opportunities to share my offerings, weaving things together has been a beautiful chance to create a unique workshop. Im trained in so many different styles, modalities and have so many things I want to share with you, Self Care Sunday is a beautiful place to bring these things all together.
Self Care Sunday is a dedicated space designed to bring you back home to yourself. It is a beautiful opportunity to harmonize your body and mind, allowing yourself the time and grace to simply be.
Hosted within the gorgeous Cart House venue at The Fold, these sessions offer a peaceful sanctuary. Here, you are invited to step into the space, filled with timber beams, the soft glow of fairy lights, and an inviting warmth. It is the perfect environment to soften, breathe, and find your center.
Thoughtful themes
Our time together is a carefully curated journey, with seasonal themes as the main foundation of each session I bring together many different facets from the wellness world that help rebalance your physical and emotional energies. As the seasons change you'll find yourself moving through transitions too, I love to share about this exploration of fine tuning, helping us to take note that the external world, the weather, the seasons, stress, environment, relationships all play a big role in how we are feeling and navigating life.
Session structure
Movement: We enjoy an inclusive freeform yoga practice, depending on the season this will be Yin, or Yang (stillness or dynamic flow). These movements are all designed to create a sense of space within the body, moving your own way, at your own pace.
Wellbeing & Breathwork: You will explore different breathing techniques throughout the year and self-care rituals, wonderful tools to help you maintain a sense of calm and balance in your daily life.
Intuitive Connection: We incorporate oracle cards and reflective wellbeing practices to help you tap into your inner wisdom and find clarity.
Seasonal Harmony: Our sessions are themed to align with the natural world, helping you stay connected to the beautiful rhythms of each season.
Guided Rest: As we close our session you lay down comfortably, with heavy hands on shoulders, essential oils or guided relaxation with sound healing instruments, each closing offers the perfect integration back into your day.

Sunday 28th June - Summer Illumination - Explore the fire and expansive energy of joy.
What to bring:
To help you settle into the space you're invited to bring along a few things!
An altar offering, bring along something special to put on our alter or keep close during your practice, this could be a photo, a gemstone, a token gift. These help us to set intentions or give our energy and love to others that made need it.
A yoga mat, mats are provided in the space if you don't have one.
A blanket, perfect for staying warm during our guided relaxation.
Supportive cushions or your bolster. Pillows or yoga bolsters can help you feel fully supported in our Yin style practices.
Suitable clothing for the season. Wrap up in warm layers in winter and loose comfortable clothing for warmer days.
Water or a flask of tea, to stay hydrated during your session.
How to join a practice:
Spaces for these intimate gatherings are limited to ensure everyone receives personal support and room to breathe. Booking is essential via the workshops page. If you have any questions or worries always feel free to contact me before hand and i'll do my best to support you.
