February Newsletter.

Well hello February, where on earth did you come from?! Is it just me or has the first month of the year just flown by? Im grateful Ive spent January teaching grounding practices because it sure does feel like there is a lot going on and some how after the Christmas & New year break theres a lot of momentum within the air. If you found January particularly heavy or stressful, you're not alone, we all experience chapters within our personal story that can be overwhelming, but just as the months and seasons change you too can welcome in change and a rebirthing of cycles. This months focus we are working with the Heart Chakra, we are embracing the philosophy of this energy centre and also working very closely with the chest, upper back, shoulders and will be learning to open the front of the body more. On a physical and emotional level, its so easy to notice within our 'personal stories' where we retract from the world and make ourselves smaller and blend in as we don't want to cause any fuss. Its also easy to notice how hard it might be to feel confident within who we are, speak our mind and stand tall with our head held high. Would you feel comfortable to stand on a stage and talk about yourself? Your deepest truth, discomforts, lessons you have learnt in life? When we are working with the heart we are learning to be open, open in a way to create more space, to lighten the load and to realise that life is easier when we are open, accepting, forgiving and offer love in every direction of our life and interactions. This month is teaching us to love, ourselves more than ever before. Step back into that subtle awareness of how you carry yourself, when you can feel yourself opening and closing and learn the tools to stay open even in the most uncomfortable moments. By staying open we give ourselves time to feel, understand and process things, by being closed... we don't let anything in, or out. I look forward to guiding you with grace this month, lets open together, I got you.




I’m honoured to be sharing two workshops to open the start of February, let’s start as we mean to go on, let’s learn to open physically and emotionally and enjoy the weaving lessons of self love and the art of giving along the way. Learn to open and close with conscious awareness, learn to watch how you feel with your own mind & emotions. Learn to feel your barriers moving up in means of protection and most of all honour that you can ease them and soften them in the right space and with time. This weekend we are connecting to the Heart space, it would be lovely to share these workshops with you if you feel called and are in need of a reassuring hand to guide you in the right direction.

You don't need any experience, you don't need to do yoga, you just need a little spark of curiosity that wants to help you better yourself, improve your health and wellbeing, to gain a clearer mind and to live a more fulfilling life. + PRICE INCREASE. This is something I have been reluctant to do for such a long time but I am having to increase my workshop fee to cover my website transaction fees and venue hall hire fee increases, I will be adding a £2 booking fee on all workshops, basically making each workshop now £22, instead of £20. This price increase will come into place on the 14th Feb. (You can still book any workshops now at the current rate!) Thank you for your understanding.


SELF CARE SUNDAYS Self Care Sundays are officially something you can note in your calendar! Once a month Ill be sharing a dedicated workshop that will help bring you back home, that will teach you tools and techniques to live a calmer and more connected life. There are many different practices included in each session, each month we explore a different theme and if you know me well, you will never get a repeated class, meaning that you are always able to enjoy something fresh, creative and inspiring. Within these sessions you receive a gift bag with small gifts (sage sticks made by yours truly) that can inspire your month ahead, and well, who doesn't deserve a little treat once in a while?! Join me at the Wyre Forest Forestry Commission - Callow Hill monthly Sundays for a wellbeing practice you didn't know you needed.

(You have to pay for parking for the session, but you can also buy a yearly permit for the parking which significantly reduces your outgoing costs for each time you attend, it also encourages you to get in the forest as often as you can!)



You heard it here first, this years SUMMER retreat is now open for booking, come and join us in the fields of Worcestershire with yurts, yoga and all things wellbeing. This is an immersive retreat honouring our inner connection to ourselves and how we interact with the world around us. Enjoy daily yoga practices to help you reconnect back to yourself, your inner earth, your home, your foundation.
