March Newsletter

March, you cold and crisp yet colourful beauty! Its been a beautiful few months of the new year and we are well and truly in the stride of our practices and themes for the year. Following on from a truly heart opening month of Feb we now find ourselves exploring adaptability, perspective and the ability to reach out into the big wide world from a place of security and safety within ourselves. This months focus we are working with the side body, we are working with the Spiral myofascial meridian line which helps us create rotation, the ability to have cat like reflexes and playfulness, but again reminding ourselves this comes from a strong centre (the core muscles) but emotionally an inner knowing of who we are and the way we interact with the world. Expect lots of lovely twists, side bends, binds and core practices over this month, building strength but also allowing us to find more flexibility within the 'bridge' between the upper and lower body. This month is teaching us to bend and not break, to be open yet calm and reserved with your personal energy. To extend your branches of the tree and enjoy cultivating a sense of self. You are creative, fluid, spacious and soft. I look forward to guiding you through this month ahead, with new techniques, postures and philosophy! Im very excited for this months workshops, sharing techniques to calm the mind and soothe the body. They're always designed with a theme in mind and this month we are exploring releasing the side body, honouring our inner forecasts within our lives (emotions), creating harmony within our imbalances and accepting many contrasts of life. We cannot have one without the other.

This weekend we are connecting to the Yin & Yang, Warmth & Cold, Slow & Fast, Calm & Chaos. Teaching you to honour both in a way that will help you create balance within life.

You don't need any experience, you don't need to do yoga, you just need a little spark of curiosity that wants to help you better yourself, improve your health and wellbeing, to gain a clearer mind and to live a more fulfilling life. Ive been creating and inspired! Its been nice to slow down this year, dream up and manifest themes for what I offer and take the time to create new jewellery pieces. While making beautiful flower mandalas within my workshops I wanted to capture it somehow, so Ive been making flower earrings and necklaces up, they take hours and are not quite ready to share on the shop yet as I have to file, polish and photograph each piece. Id love to create a flower mandala within the earring itself but the flowers are about 1-3mm in size! Patience and mindfulness are qualities Im gaining more awareness in, and I thought I had a lot anyway! Keep your eyes peeled on the website for jewellery updates, Ill also share a blog and social post when they go live!


SELF CARE SUNDAYS Self Care Sundays are officially something you can note in your calendar! Once a month Ill be sharing a dedicated workshop that will help bring you back home, that will teach you tools and techniques to live a calmer and more connected life. There are many different practices included in each session, each month we explore a different theme and if you know me well, you will never get a repeated class, meaning that you are always able to enjoy something fresh, creative and inspiring. Within these sessions you receive a gift bag with small gifts that can inspire your month ahead, and well, who doesn't deserve a little treat once in a while?! Join me at the Wyre Forest Forestry Commission - Callow Hill monthly Sundays for a wellbeing practice you didn't know you needed.


For International Women's Day & Mothers Day Ill be sharing a special workshop, a deeply restful and nourishing relaxation yoga and sound bath on Sunday 26th March. Whats also extra special is when you book your place your mum, friend, sister (you choose!) can come completely free. Lets give back, lets share the love and lets connect.


Earth Retreat 2023!

Spaces are filling up for the Earth Retreat in June this year and if you signed up to the Newsletter you will have received an email today with a little offer inside! This year ill be creating, hosting and sharing the whole thing with a few guest teachers dotted in (and of course my love William). We will be sharing a whole variation of different yoga practices, meditation, face massage, sound healing, journalling, walking and of course indulging in the most amazing homemade food from Gil. Ill be sharing lots more over the coming weeks to inspire your heart and if you feel called to come along for this magical weekend, get in touch anytime!
