Intention: Time



I couldn’t quite think how to sum up this weeks intention, having been so ill I have meditated through, I have reflected, I have felt every sensation and no sensation. I wanted to share the concept of time with you, how to create it, how to savour it and how to make the most of every minute. So here we are, this weeks intention. Time, to rest in everything that is happening in that moment.


Day by day I’m feeling better, and I’ll see you slowly slowly on the mat this week. Thank you all so much for your love and support, it means so much to me. Thank you xxx
