New Class - Pilates!



You may or may not have seen a sneaky new class has appeared on the timetable, Ill be sharing a new Pilates class which begins THIS FRIDAY 3rd February.


This is a mat based Pilates practice, in true Victoria Waits style. Precise, slow, 'strict' and offers a mindful yet incredibly efficient and intense practice. This is a mat based class where we work through slow and controlled movements, we don't ever stand up and you wont find any 'hiit style' or crazy fast core movements here. Exercises are explained in depth and while you are moving through them you will have constant guidance and reminders of the principles, range of movement and where we are working.


This class is probably one of the most beneficial practices you will ever to do strengthen your core. Learn correct and efficient alignment, explore personal adjustments that are tailored to your body and needs. Improve posture, create new range of movement, improve overall strength & flexibility and enjoy increasing your body and mind connection.


You will need to bring a yoga mat along and a cushion. If you have a Pilates ball then please bring it along too!


Classes will be running every Friday morning 10.00-11.00am at Church House (the same location as my bi weekly evening classes!)
