Todays my birthday and im sharing my guided meditation with you for today's #wildlove30days yoga challenge post!


And enjoying poses each day and practicing them at home it's time to enjoy rest, to tune in and enjoy one of the most beneficial elements of the yoga practice, meditation.


Find a comfortable seat, and if you prefer lying down you're welcome to lie down!
