I am so happy to share that me and my beautiful son Gus are sharing family yoga sessions throughout the school holidays, its something we have wanted to share for such a long time now and with Gus feeling confident and so excited to plan and create sessions we are a team that wants to teach mindfulness and yoga to as many people as we can!
You are invited to our family yoga sessions through the school holidays at two gorgeous outdoor spaces in Worcestershire. Come and practice with us at Areley Arboretum & Bodenham Arboretum. We are very excited to share creative yoga sessions that spark imagination, connect us with nature and help us become more mindful. These sessions are designed to help families bond, be playful and increase physical health and gross motor skills.
The sessions are held in the grounds of the Arboretums surrounded by beautiful tree's and flowers. Upon arrival look out for sign posts to direct you to the space!

You can expect: Themed yoga inspired by nature. Mindfulness techniques with props. Partner poses with parent/guardian. Enjoy spending time with your children doing something a little different! Be creative with sequences, balances and working together as a family.
Price: Adult +1 Child £12 Additional Children: £2 Please leave a note of child's name within the notes upon checkout.
Ages 3+ All children MUST be supervised. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion & comfortable clothing! (If you child has a teddy/comfort toy please bring it along).
PLEASE NOTE:
Permission to the grounds is not a part of the Bodenham Arboretum booking, this will need to be made separately at Bodenham if you wish to visit the arboretum after the session.
Upon booking at Areley Arboretum you have full access to the Arboretum included within the session price.
