Free online yoga practice



You are invited to a free online yoga practice to embrace the season of Autumn and implement calmer energies within the last half of the year, this is also a lovely introductory class for the 6 week online Nervous system reset course that starts on the 30th September! This practice is a slow and gentle session with mobility, Yin & guided relaxation.

For the session you will need: Yoga mat, cushions, blanket, yoga blocks or bolsters.

This is a practice where you use props so the more the better!


Our bodies hold tension, physically & emotionally. From the body holding its posture from day to day, injuries, imbalance, muscle weakness/tightness and habitual patterns we can feel achy, tired and sometime clunky in our bodies. After this practice you will feel open, soft, jelly like with a warm heart & calmer mind.


As you learn to release the physical body the mind relaxes too.
