Gratitude - Workshops February!

It all comes from a place of love.

As I step into my new week with a small layer of time between offering 5 workshops this weekend & sitting in the sunshine this morning, I have woke up feeling so grateful. To come together and share space with so many souls makes my heart so full. This months theme has been connecting with the heart, a place of joy, clarity, space and OPENING. Learning to open from a place of trust, intuition & vulnerability.

We sit between the seasons, with winter still gently holding our hand reminding us of times we need to rest & glimmers of sunlight & colour within the flowers as they inspire our energy to be creative. The light is returning, we are slowly moving to our power & flow once more.

This weekend we came together & gave ourselves breathing space, I cannot thank you enough for trusting me to hold you in that journey. I also want to extend a huge thank you to @sallysmiles for sitting side by side in our plant spirit journey event, this was absolutely amazing & I love working within these medicines & connecting to the land in new ways. Myself & @fernandclayco came together once more sharing our reiki, crystal & sound bath session, it was profound, healing and so special to hold space and witness Lotties work, I feel very grateful to work alongside her! Thank you both so so much.

And of course, I cannot forget my own offerings in the forest and @thefoldbransford community is thriving and to come together and connect is the greatest gift we can ever give ourselves and each other, I love you all!

Im stepping into this week with light, I’m going to be in nature as often as I can, in silence and rest to create balance. What a wonderful week it’s going to be!
