This Saturday 22nd May we get to enjoy our 3rd outdoor yoga session this year!
We have been so lucky with the weather so far so fingers crossed we can all enjoy our outdoor practice together this weekend!
Thank you all so much for your attendance, it's been so lovely to experience face to face classes and long may they continue!
If you're new to yoga and love the outdoors these sessions would be perfect for you to come and practice, enjoy an hour and a half guided yoga practice and opening and closing relaxation. Feel refreshed, relaxed and reconnected.
All sessions are layered and modifications are given for each posture, Victoria encourages everyone to work at their own time and pace, honouring you're wonderful individuality.
