Self Care Sunday is a wholesome practice dedicated to bringing you back home to yourself. This is the perfect opportunity to align your body and mind while immersing yourself in the beautiful views of the Wyre forest during your practice.
Our practice together offers a harmonious blend of wellbeing techniques. Each month you can be inspired by new practices and techniques to support yourself within the season. Enjoy a yoga practice (suitable for all levels), guided breathing & self care practices for the season, oracle card insights and guided relaxation.
Each month, the sessions are themed to align with the seasonal qualities. Benefit from nurturing and supportive guidance that helps you manage stress and the demands of modern life year-round. Conclude with a long, restful guided relaxation using essential oils and optional hands-on support. You will also receive a little homemade self care gift bag to take home as a gentle reminder of our time together.

This practice is based indoors, with floor to ceiling windows you can embrace the elements while within the shelter of the space.

+ Enjoy seasonal themes to soothe your body and mind.
+ Guided relaxation with sound healing instruments.
+ Open to all levels ages 16+, no experience necessary, all abilities welcome, modifications and optional adaptations are gently given within the session.
+ Take away a homemade personal self care gift bag to keep you inspired and pampered for the rest of the month.
+ Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions (bolster & blocks if you have them) and wear comfortable warm clothing.
