Sleepy Monday Practice

It certainly is the best start to the week, what seems like a heavy weekend with lots going on in the world Mondays are always a welcome reset. No matter how you are feeling Yin Yoga has the most wonderful way of destressing your body and mind.

Every Monday & Thursday 8.15-9.15pm (8.00-9.00pm on Thursdays!)

Need to slow down? Need to rest? Feeling tired and achey? Need a pick me up?

Join me on the mat this evening and I promise you will feel better!

Bring your cosy pillows and blankets, wrap up and be guided to sleep... I mean rest!
