A big long breath out, softening the shoulders & connecting & coming together as one as we celebrated Samhain on Saturday for the Soul Revolution Festival retreat day, it was really beautiful to not only hold space & lead a Yin yoga class for all who attended (& my goodness I went full on sleep mode with the intentionš) it was a really potent day for me to have the chance to also be held & take part in all of the offerings with amazing facilitators. To lean in, to learn, to observe & to surrender. Attending events like these are so important not only for our own personal growth but connecting to the wider web of community, meeting new faces, exploring together, relating, learning & noticing how much growth their can be in circles, even amongst strangers. We are all one, with intentions that serve the higher good, that as we meet ourselves we are able to hold & meet others. Thank you all for making it such a special day.
