Welcome to Wildlove Yoga!

A space that gives you the opportunity to connect to your body, mind and the world around you. The word Yoga means to unite, allowing ourselves to understand the flow of life, our physical sensations and emotions.

What does the word Wild mean to you? To me it means untameable, always in a state of change and what better word to summarise, than freedom. I have always felt a deep sense of freedom within myself, the need for adventure, being surrounded by nature and if Im not out I’m engaged in an activity that has a sense of limitlessness. My go to.. Yoga! Meditation, reading, learning, creating, listening, resting.

What does the word Love mean to you? I feel a huge sense of interconnectedness, a whole, the bigger picture, how we all have a connection with each other in some way, a relationship, friendship, strangers passing in the street, a conversation, this is all boundless love in its own expression. To feel free and full of love allows you to move through the world without resistance and worry. I feel love and kindness for everyone I meet and interact with, as a teacher I think it’s important for me to share that. Teaching people to be completely comfortable with themselves, to be able to talk, share and feel.

This is the new home for Victoria Waits, stepping into a new space of adventure, and sharing with you along the way.


You’ll find a new found family here, blog posts from myself, my love Will, my super closest friends and amazing teachers Faith, Rebecca, Kate and Marie. Playlists to inspire your practices and Day to day life, recipes and much more.

As we move through these next few week you’ll be able to enjoy online classes and studio classes, there are also spaces for Private sessions throughout the week. If you want any more information please don’t hesitate to get in touch anytime!
