A celebration of gathering, community & self inquiry! I had the pleasure of leading three sessions over this weekend Orbit Fitness & Wellbeing Festival and what an incredible weekend it’s been! I feel so lucky to share what I love and feel the energy of those that I teach, it was amazing to teach all those that came to my torturous Pilates session (your words!), my wild flow yoga session that was so fun and playful and my grounding Heart and Earth session on Sunday. I love sharing at this gathering but also love that it gives me time to fill my cup too, I absolutely loved the ecstatic dance with @freedom_luluom and when the rain & thunder came there was no holding back! I loved to watch my child run free and feel safe to just be a child in nature, surrounded by music, movement, craft and cannot thank @jitterbug circus enough for taking him under their wing! It was lovely to have special bonding time with my soul sister Wild Wolf Movement after her trip away, we truly are connected at the heart & hip!
