Gratitude for Willow - Tea Ceremony

Last night we came together to connect to the spirit of Willow. We sat with a silent tea ceremony, moved through a guided shamanic drum journey & allowed the mind & body to journey with the energy of Willow through a soundscape. It was beautiful.
To feel a sense of softness, a cradle within the branches of grandmother Willow, holding us as we move through whatever may be coming up for us in life at this time. To be held, in complete presence.
It was an honour to share this beautiful offering with you all & we hope these next few days offer you clarity & insight, reminding you, you are held within the arms of Willow, you are loved & supported exactly as you are.
Hand on heart, I am so grateful to sit beside @sallysmiles & weave our medicines together. To be held by your wisdom & trust is beautiful & these offerings are so incredibly potent, important & sacred. Thank you for your love. 🌿
