Putting on my party clothes to celebrate a new month! What else have we got to look forward to?! Happy FEBRUARY my loves! We have got through another month of lockdown, it’s had its ups and downs (I’m still on a high and I haven’t dipped yet) it’s had its questions and misunderstandings. It’s had its days of mega productivity and days of lying in bed till noon. Whatever today brings for you embrace it all, set intentions and feel spring in the air. Have you noticed the birds and wildlife more? For me today and every Monday is named mindful Monday (it was mountain Monday, but that got put on hold since lockdown!) so I’m taking time to be myself, to get done what needs to get done and preparing for the week.
