WELCOME JULY

Walking into July, the air is thick with potential, yet you may be navigating a fatigue & heaviness with the heat. This month, I’ve dedicated my crystal altar to finding a clear, strong foundation, heart felt with the intention of compassion, clarity & cleansing.

The central energy is a beautiful, powerful blend of high vibration & gentle love.

We have Rose Quartz radiating self-compassion & emotional healing. Surrounding Clear Quartz & cradles by them it amplifies the loving frequency & adds necessary clarity & focus.

The intention is simple: May we have the strength to love ourselves & others clearly. Grounding energy of Petrified Wood & intuition-expanding Amethyst hold the edges, while a red rose from my garden, a selenite candle & cup of yarrow tea (it also surrounds the centre crystal!) provide healing & light.

The cards I pulled for July are incredibly supportive & help us to tune into this compassionate clarity.

Cards for July:

Transformation: Recognize that you are changing at a cellular level. It is a process of emerging, half-risen & half-falling. Invite in the healing, gentle love necessary to nurture your evolution.

Deep replenishment: The most selfless thing you can do is fill your own reservoir. Tend to your self-care first, whatever brings nectar to your soul is your medicine. You cannot pour from an empty cup.

Get Grounded: You are called to clear your field & reset boundaries. Do something to ground yourself today, connect with nature, walk barefoot or go & sit with the trees.
