Please note I am out of office and offline until Monday 5th January and will not be teaching any classes this week! Any messages or emails during this time will not be actioned. Classes may or may not be covered so please contact the Wyre Forest Leisure Centre for more information if you still plan to attend a class.

TUESDAY

Classical Pilates Intermediate 1.30-2.30pm

Yoga for all 2.45-3.45pm​

WEDNESDAY

Wild Flow Yoga 8.15-9.15pm (Strong)

THURSDAY

Classical Pilates 8.00-9.00pm (Strong)

FRIDAY

Yoga for all 11.30-12.30pm

Mixed Pilates 12.30-1.30pm
